About Us!

Hello and Oki! We’re Bread Milk & Honey, some people call us BMH for short! Our cafe is locally owned and we’re located in the heart of Downtown Lethbridge, AB, as well as acknowledge that we are gathered on traditional territories of the Blackfoot people, also known as Treaty 7 Territory. Since our first day opening, our vision has always been dedicated to creating an environment that everyone feels welcome in while serving quality food and drinks.

We’re open Monday to Saturday! Come and try an early morning coffee, enjoy a lunchtime sandwich and soup, or even just treat yourself to some of our famous baking (you deserve it!). And stay awhile! Whether you’re a student who needs to study for upcoming exams, reconnecting with a long lost friend, or even just taking your mom out for lunch, we love to see our cafe filled with the beautiful and diverse community that we hold dear to our hearts!
